Proviform uses the biologically active form menaquinone-7 (MK7) for vitamin K2, from K2 VitalDelta® with its high bioavailability and stability.

The importance of vitamin D for bones is well known. Recent studies have shown that the combination of vitamin K2 as vitamin MK7 and vitamin D3 is more effective than any nutrient alone. Vitamin K2 and D3 have a strong synergistic effect.

The human body produces vitamin D3 itself, provided the skin is sufficiently exposed to sunlight. This is not always possible enough, especially during the winter months. Researchers estimate that 40% of people over 50 have a deficiency of this 'sunshine' vitamin. Apart from fatty fish, there are very few foods that contain vitamin D.

Ingredients

Use
Take 1 capsule per day during a meal with water.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years.

Consult a doctor before using vitamin K2 if you are using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).
