Usage
Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of Purasana organic chia seeds to your smoothies, shakes, milk, rice or soy drink, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals, or dishes. You can also combine multiple types of superfoods. Consume a maximum of 15 g per day.
