It is suitable for adults, with the exception of pregnant women, due to a minimal amount of caffeine.

Use
The recommended dosage for adults is one capsule twice a day, preferably taken during meals for optimal nutrient absorption.

Not suitable for children under 18 years and for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

For individuals with hypothyroidism or under thyroid treatment, consult your doctor.

The daily consumption of EGCG should not exceed 800 mg.
