Ingredients
Bacopin® Bacopa monnieri extract with 20% bacosides (whole plant), Cognizin® citicoline, Sensoril® ashwagandha extract with 10% withanolides (Withania somnifera whole plant), Fibregum™ BG Acacia gum (filler), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), NeuroPeak® 70P SUN phospholipids with 70% phosphatidylserine from sunflower lecithin, vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), cellulose (filler), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5"-phosphate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin B9 Quatrefolic® (5MTHF-glucosamine).

Usage
Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water.

Consult a doctor if you are using anticoagulants. Product is not suitable for children.

Ashwagandha:
Caution when using thyroid medications.
Insufficient data is known about use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
