Shagandha™ ashwagandha extract with 2.5% withanolides (Withania somnifera plant), green tea extract with 40% L-theanine (Camellia sinensis leaf), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), Simag™ magnesium oxide, rhodiola extract with 5% rosavin and 2% salidroside (Rhodiola rosea root), Fibregum™ BG Acacia gum (filler), zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5"-phosphate), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), vitamin B9 Quatrefolic® (5MTHF-glucosamine).
Usage
Take 1 capsule daily during a meal with a glass of water.
Use should be limited to a number of weeks or months.
Ashwagandha:
Caution when using thyroid medications.
