Optmized curcuma longa (Longvida®, >23% total curcuminoids of which 70% curcumin)	200 mg

Cynara cardunculus (Altilix®), 10-12% chlorogenic acids, 2-4% luteoline-7-glucoside	150 mg
Silophos® Phytosome®	300 mg

Ingredients
Choline bitartrate (24%), filler: cellulose, turmeric extract (12%), emulsifiers: lecithin (Helianthus annuus), glycerol, artichoke extract (9%), milk thistle extract (72%), broccoli extract (72%), glazing agent: fatty acids, gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, bamboo powder (Bambusa arundinacea), melon extract (0.6%).

Usage
1 to 2 tablets per day in the morning and in the afternoon with a meal.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

For individuals with hypothyroidism or under thyroid treatment: consult your doctor.
