Quercus Somnuzzz® contains Affron®, a patented extract from the red stigmas of Spanish saffron crocuses. This complex is maximally effective thanks to L-theanine from green tea (SereniTea™), a patented Japanese asparagus extract (ETAS® 50), and an extract of sweet orange peel (Serenzo™) rich in essential oil, standardized on limonene (>20%). Does not cause habituation or drowsiness upon waking.
It is important to find mental calm before going to sleep, as too much worrying can keep you awake.

Usage
1 tablet per day. To be taken in the evening 1 hour before sleeping with a glass of water or herbal tea.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
