Ingredients
Jerusalem artichoke (helianthus tuberosus), tapioca starch, calcium (from eggshells), tomato juice powder, bladderwrack, vitamin C, Chinese angelica extract, anti-caking agent: beeswax, black currant, blueberry, pomegranate, rose root extract, green tea extract, cleansing tree, spirulina, vitamin E, zinc, turmeric, ginger extract, vitamin B5, vitamin B3, iron, grape seed extract, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, reishi, cordyceps, maitake, shiitake, manganese, copper, vitamin A, folate, chromium, selenium (from mustard seed), molybdenum, biotin, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, vitamin B12. Contains SOY.

Usage
2-4 tablets per day, preferably with a meal.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
