Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, vegetarian capsule/thickening agent (HPMC), filler (cellulose), NAC, taurine, griffonia simplicifolia extract (20% 5-HTP), cordyceps extract 4:1, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), ascorbic acid, natural L-theanine 98%, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, sodium selenite, folic acid, methylcobalamin.

Usage
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient water, preferably in the morning 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.
This product is suitable for vegans.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years.
Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
