Instructions for use
How to insert Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly?
Place your arm over your head and lift the ear shell on the other side of your head slightly. This will widen the ear canal. Hold the end of Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly with your thumb and index finger of the other hand and insert it into the ear canal with a slight twisting motion, with the flanges at the front. Do the same for the other ear.

Children may only use the ear protection under adult supervision. If you have ear conditions, consult your (family) doctor before use.

When should Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly be used?
At takeoff: If you already experience ear pain at takeoff, it is best to use Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly before the plane takes off. After 30 minutes, Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly can be removed, as the pressure conditions are usually constant once the plane has reached cruising altitude. During short flights of less than 2 hours, it is recommended to wear Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly throughout the entire flight.

At landing: Use Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly as described no later than 45 minutes before landing begins. Do not wait for the pilot to announce the landing. It is recommended to further enhance the function of the Eustachian tube by chewing, swallowing, or yawning. The ear is optimally protected when Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly is only removed after arrival at the airport. So outside the plane, upon arrival in the airport building.

Note that Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly also leads to sound reduction due to its function (while you can still hear everything!).

Removing Earplug Airplane SANOHRA fly
Lift the ear shell slightly for removal, just like when inserting. Do not pull the ear protection out abruptly, but remove it with a slight twisting motion.
