• The deep heel cup supports the arch to reduce pressure on limbs and help relieve knee pain.
• Excessive inward rolling of the foot can lead to painful heel strain. Continuous arch support helps reduce this.

What this product is used for
Helps relieve pain in knees, heels, and legs caused by pressure while walking.

Instructions for use
Check before use if the product fits well in the shoe. Remove the existing insole if necessary. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe. Trim the end to the desired size if necessary, according to the guidelines on the product. For some people, it may take time for the pain-relieving insoles to feel comfortable. The feet need to adjust to the structural properties of the insole, so a break-in period may be necessary. If needed, you can gradually increase usage by wearing the In-Balance® Pain-relieving insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day. Replace if the product shows signs of wear.

Contraindications
You should seek advice before using this product if you suffer from diabetes, poor blood circulation, or loss of sensation in the feet, due to the risk of friction or localized pressure that can lead to complications. Consult a doctor, podiatrist, or pharmacist if you have concerns.

Adding or replacing parts of certified shoes may affect the certification.
