Of all tea types, green tea contains the highest percentage of polyphenols. These polyphenols consist of 6 different catechins. The main ones are; epicatechin, epicatechin-3-gallate, epigallocatechin, and mainly epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). EGCG is the most active polyphenol in green tea and the most studied.

Green tea contributes to the protection of cells and tissues against oxidative damage*.

Composition

Composition per vegetarian capsule
200 mg Green tea (Camelia sinensis) (leaf) extract (standardized to a minimum of 95% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 50% EGCG)
Contains 150 mg of catechins and 100 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per capsule

Ingredients
Green tea (Camellia sinensis) (leaf) extract (standardized to min. 95% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 50% EGCG) 200 mg; Stabilizer (capsule: hypromellose); Filler (cellulose); Anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

Usage
1 to 3 times a day 1 capsule, during or after a meal. Do not take together with dairy products.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day. 
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products or during fasting.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
