Vitamin K2, in its natural form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), originally comes from fermented foods. This natural form of vitamin K2 is well absorbed, stays in the body longer, and has a stronger effect than other forms of vitamin K2.

Ingredients
Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), Stabilizer (capsule: HPMC), Anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), cholecalciferol.

Usage
1 x per day 1 to 2 capsules, preferably with a warm meal.

Do not use in combination with anticoagulants of the coumarin type.
