About the author:
Dr. Thomas Levy earned a degree in biology in 1972 from Johns Hopkins University. His next degree was obtained in 1976 from Tulane University School of Medicine. In his further training, he first specialized in internal medicine and then in cardiology, and received Board Certification in both disciplines (globally comparable to our registration in the
specialist register. In the Netherlands, this is only allowed for one medical specialty per person).
After completing his postgraduate training, Dr. Levy worked for three more years as an assistant professor of internal medicine at the
Tulane Medical School.

After a private practice in adult cardiology, Dr. Levy began his research in 1994 on the medical impact of dental toxicity with Dr. Hal Huggins. In 1998, he received his law degree from the University of Denver and was subsequently admitted to practice as a lawyer in Colorado and the District of Columbia.

This book is his fourth book.
