What are the capsules made of?
Terranova's capsules are completely plant-based. They are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, derived from wood pulp and are at least as quickly soluble in our body as gelatin.

Terranova’s ingredients mainly come from the certified farm; Eclectic Institute. Here, the ingredients are hand-harvested at peak levels, then freeze-dried. Peak level means that plants are fully grown before being harvested. This is done by hand, so the plants remain intact and are not damaged by machines. The plants are then freeze-dried within an hour. This means that all liquids, the water, are sublimated out. This way, only the complex structure of the plant remains, thus with vitamins and minerals. By applying this process, the beautiful, nutritious structure of the plant is preserved longer and only needs to be lightly ground into powder.
