What are the capsules made of?
Terranova's capsules are completely plant-based. They are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, derived from wood pulp and are as quickly soluble in our body as gelatin.

PhytoFresh on Terranova's products means that the crops, vegetables, fruits, and herbs are freeze-dried fresh.

Terranova's ingredients mainly come from the certified farm; Eclectic Institute. Here, the ingredients are hand-harvested at peak levels, and then freeze-dried. Peak level means that plants are fully grown before they are taken from the land. This is done by hand, so the plants remain intact and are not damaged by machines. The plants are then freeze-dried within an hour. This means that all liquids, the water, are sublimated out. This way, only the complex structure of the plant remains, including vitamins and minerals. By applying this process, the beautiful, nutritious structure of the plant is preserved longer and only needs to be lightly ground into powder.
