What this product is used for
Thermacare naturally and effectively relieves muscle and joint pain due to strains, stiffness, sprains, muscle tension, or osteoarthritis.

Instructions for use
Open the packaging just before use.
Place Thermacare on the painful area.
Wear for 8 hours to relieve pain for up to 16 hours. It may take up to 30 minutes for Thermacare to reach its therapeutic temperature.

If you are 55 years or older, wear Thermacare over a piece of clothing.

Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period on the same part of the body.

Do not apply additional pressure to the product, wear a snug bandage or belt over it.

Stop use if the product feels too hot or wear the compress over your clothing and not directly on your skin.


Stop use and consult a doctor:
- If you experience any discomfort, a burn, swelling, or any other lasting skin change occurs at the site where you used the product.
- If, after 7 days, the pain has not decreased or worsens.

The ThermaCare compresses can be used once. Never heat Thermacare in the microwave, it may catch fire.

The heat elements contain iron (-2g). In case of ingestion or contact with your skin or eyes, remove the compress, rinse the affected area with water, and consult a doctor immediately.

Contraindications
Do not use:
- in combination with creams for muscle pain, medicinal ointments, or other heat sources
- on damaged skin
- for bruises or swellings that have occurred in the last 48 hours.
- on parts of the body that are insensitive to heat.
- if the contents of the heat compress leak and/or if the compress is damaged or torn.
- on individuals who cannot remove the product themselves without assistance or who are unable to follow all instructions for use, such as children and certain elderly individuals.

Consult your doctor before use:
If you have diabetes, if you have circulation problems, have a heart condition or suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.

Warnings
Heat products can cause irritations or burns. To reduce this risk, we recommend that you check your skin regularly. If you notice any, stop using it immediately.

If you are 55 years or older, you should wear Thermacare over clothing and not use it while sleeping. Do not use a heat product for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period on the same part of the body.
To prevent an increased risk of burns, remove the product before an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan.
