Ingredients
Blend of plant-based enzymes, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose), anti-caking agents: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Usage
Take 1 capsule at the beginning of each meal. For heavy meals, take 1 additional capsule during or after the meal. The contents can be mixed with warm but not hot dishes as enzymes are heat-sensitive.

Do not take on an empty stomach if you have a stomach ulcer.
