Use
Apply enough product before sun exposure, e.g., a teaspoon for the face and neck. Applying less product also reduces the level of protection.
Reapply the product regularly, especially during heavy sweating and after swimming or towel drying. Sun exposure should be limited as much as possible, even with adequate protection.

Babies and young children should never be exposed to direct sunlight.
