Glucosamine Complex is full of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM (an organic sulfur compound). Added to this are non-acidic vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, and manganese.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, Calcium citrate, Calcium ascorbate, Glucosamine sulfate-2-KCI (contains CRUSTACEANS), Methylsulfonylmethane, Chondroitin sulfate (bovine), Sodium borate, Manganese citrate.

Usage
Take 2 level scoops (8 grams) per day, preferably half an hour before sleeping, mixed in a little water, yogurt, or buttermilk.

This product contains 500 mg of calcium and 300 mg of magnesium per scoop. Therefore, additional supplementation of these minerals is usually not necessary.
