Usage
This powdered meal replacement can be used to replace one meal per day, as intended in the food law regulation for energy-restricted diets or as a snack. This powdered meal replacement can be prepared with water or plant-based milk, yogurt, or quark.
To replace a full meal, use two level scoops of powder in 250 ml of water or plant-based liquid.
A level scoop is 30 ml. This is a ratio of 1 to 4. Scoop is included in the packaging.
