Therefore, we do not recommend this product for a severely insufficient vitamin B12 level. However, it may be that you are further along in therapy and your imbalanced B12 status is almost resolved. In such cases, it may be a good idea to consider stepping down from the B12 Combi 6000 and considering B12 1000 supplementation. This variant is also particularly suitable for children with an insufficient vitamin B12 level due to its dosage.
