Intake of vitamin B12 through the oral mucosa (under the tongue) ensures optimal absorption of vitamin B12. Both the methylcobalamin form and the adenosylcobalamin form are the biologically active forms of B12 and are therefore well absorbed.
This B12 Combi 10,000 contains: 5000µg Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), 5000µg Adenosylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), and 600µg Folate (5-MTHF, Quatrefolic).
