What is protein?

Subsequently, the whey isolate is hydrolyzed. In this process, the proteins are broken down into smaller pieces and pre-digested by the addition of enzymes. The end result is a hydrolyzed whey isolate with improved absorption.

Complete amino acid profile
All protein sources contain all different amino acids, but their ratios can vary significantly. Proteins with a complete amino acid profile contain amino acids in ratios that align well with our needs. Some proteins contain relatively less of certain essential amino acids, making their amino acid profile less complete.

Three important essential amino acids are the BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Clear Whey Isolate consists of 20% of these BCAAs, in the scientifically supported ratio of 2:1:1.

Ingredients
Whey Protein Isolate (MILK), citric acid (acid regulator), natural lemon flavor (flavoring), beetroot (coloring), maltodextrin (anti-foaming agent), natural strawberry flavor (flavoring), natural cranberry flavor (flavoring), sucralose (sweetener).

Use
Mix 1 scoop of Clear Whey Isolate (25 g) with 400 ml of water in your shaker. Shake for 10 seconds and let it rest for 5 minutes.
