What is protein?
Proteins serve as the building blocks of our body. They are made up of amino acids, which together form a protein. Some of these amino acids can be produced by our body. However, there are nine amino acids that we must obtain through our diet, these are the essential amino acids.

Next, the whey isolate is hydrolyzed. In this process, the proteins are broken down into smaller pieces and pre-digested by the addition of enzymes. The end result is a hydrolyzed whey isolate with improved absorption.

Lactose is a sugar that naturally occurs in milk and dairy products. Whey concentrate contains lactose, but during the production of whey isolate, this specific sugar is largely filtered out. Complete amino acid profile
All protein sources contain all different amino acids, but their ratios can vary significantly. Proteins with a complete amino acid profile contain amino acids in ratios that align well with our needs. Some proteins contain relatively less of certain essential amino acids, making their amino acid profile less complete.

Essential amino acids and branched chain amino acids (BCAA)
Of the 20 amino acids that our body needs, we can produce or convert some from other amino acids. However, there are nine amino acids that our body cannot produce and must be obtained from our diet. The proteins in Clear Whey Isolate consist of up to 47% of these essential amino acids!

Three important essential amino acids are the BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Clear Whey Isolate consists of 20% of these BCAAs, in the scientifically supported ratio of 2:1:1.

- 300 milliliters of coconut water or pineapple juice
- 1 scoop of Clear Whey (25 grams)
- 100 milliliters of sparkling water
- Lime slice
- Mix the coconut water or pineapple juice with the Clear Whey and let it sit for 5 minutes. Top off with the sparkling water and the lime slice. Enjoy!

Usage
