1. Shading technique: 30 days before harvest, the tea bushes are covered to stimulate the production of polyphenols and antioxidants.
2. Ichibancha and Nibancha: hand-picked harvests: only the youngest leaves from the first and second harvest are hand-picked for the best quality.
3. Steaming to preserve freshness and nutrients: immediately after picking, the leaves are briefly steamed to prevent oxidation and retain the fresh aroma.
4. Slow drying for maximum quality: the leaves are slowly dried in multiple rounds to retain nutrients and flavor.
5. Freeze storage for optimal freshness: after drying, the leaves are stored at low temperatures for optimal freshness.
6. Removal of veins and stems: only the tender leaf greens are used; veins and stems are carefully removed.
7. Traditionally ground with granite stones: the leaves are slowly ground into powder to preserve color, flavor, and nutrients.

Ingredients

Usage
Take 1 to 2 scoops per day. Preferably use for 25 consecutive days, followed by a 5-day break. Stick to the recommended dosage. Contains 23 mg of caffeine per scoop. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Do not take simultaneously with heart and vascular medications (such as nadolol). Maintain at least 1-2 hours between taking medication and green tea.
