Multi Day Mama is formulated to take into account the extra nutrients for the health of the mother but especially for the child. The needs of women who want to become pregnant, are expecting, or breastfeeding are simply different.

When Multi Day Mama is used in combination with Multi Night Mama, consideration is also given to the biorhythm. This is the most efficient and innovative application of a Multi.

The Day formula contains, among other things, Quatrefolic®, 400 mcg, a superior form of folic acid. This body-native and active form of folic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) is bound to (plant-based) glucosamine salt. This is the absolute top and the most stable form of 5-MTHF, the active form of folic acid, with the highest possible biological availability. Multi Day Mama also contains extra choline, a must-have when you are pregnant. Choline is present in all tissues as an essential component of phospholipids. Choline is important for the proper development of the fetus. Multi Day Mama also contains active forms of the various B vitamins. B12 even contains 2 types of the active form, both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. For the increased need for iron, we have chosen the well-absorbed and stomach-friendly iron bisglycinate with a dosage of 15 mg, and in Multi Night Mama another 13 mg. Extra biotin has been added on the advice of the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).

Extra magnesium is present in both Multi Day Mama and Multi Night Mama, in the excellent forms of bisglycinate and citrate. The other extra minerals that are good for pregnant women can be found in Multi Night Mama. In the composition of Multi Day Mama, in addition to the extra needs for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers, consideration has also been given to the biorhythm. The vitamins, minerals, and other substances that the body requires during the day are fundamentally different from the nutrient needs for the night.
