The formula is also free from iron and copper, and it contains a generous dosage of 100 mcg of choline.

B-vitamins
The Multi Day Man 50+ provides a complete vitamin B complex. Ideal for daily activities! The dosages are adjusted to the needs of the 50+ man, and the vitamins are present in natural and biologically available forms. Older adults often have an increased need for vitamin B12. The Multi Day Man 50+ contains a dosage of 200 mcg of vitamin B12, meaning that in most cases no separate supplement is needed.

The day formula contains only the best-absorbed forms of vitamin B12: adenosylcobalamin (50 mcg) and methylcobalamin (150 mcg). Unlike the inactive synthetic variant cyanocobalamin, these biologically active forms do not need to be converted by the stomach and intestines.

Saw Palmetto (SabalSelect®)

The nutrients that must not be missing in the Multi Night Man 50+ are vitamins D & K. The Health Council recommends that seniors use extra vitamin D. For people over 50 years old, a daily intake of 10 mcg is recommended, and for those over 70 years old, this is 20 mcg per day.

Vita-algae D®: well-absorbed and 100% plant-based
There are two important forms of this vitamin, namely D2 and D3, with the latter being the most efficiently absorbed by the body. Vita-algae D® is derived from algae and is therefore a plant-based variant of vitamin D3.
