Good supplement
Our silicon intake is often too low. The average daily intake of this mineral among the Western population is between 20 and 50 milligrams. An additional problem is that the silicon present in food is only absorbed on average by 40.9%.

Certain foods do contain high levels of this wonder mineral, such as bananas. The dilemma, however, with many of these food sources is the form of the present silicon, which is not absorbed by our body. A well-absorbed silicon supplement is therefore a welcome addition to your diet!

Extraordinarily biologically available
SilSolutions consists exclusively of organic silicon. The use of this form of silicon can be scientifically substantiated. In the research by Sripanyakorn et al. from 2009, the absorption of silicon from various sources of food and supplements was compared. This study shows that the absorption of organic silicon is significantly higher than the absorption of other forms of silicon.

Moreover, the organic form is absorbed the fastest into the bloodstream, with a peak in blood serum visible after just 30 minutes. The graph below shows that organic silicon was better absorbed into the blood compared to, for example, choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid.

Liquid form
Hydrolysis is the term for the process in which a chemical compound is split with the absorption of water. Silicon is an element that is extracted in this way from a solid source. This results in two molecules, silicon in the small molecular form bound to the large molecule H2O, or water in common terms.

Supplements in solid form, such as tablets, powders, or capsules, can never contain the well-absorbed silicon in the small molecular form. The related molecule H2O is simply removed from the compound. And that is why SilSolutions from Vitakruid is only available in the biologically available, liquid form!

Ease of administration
We deliver SilSolutions standard with a handy measuring cup. This plastic cup is marked with a dosing line for every five milliliters, with a maximum of 30 milliliters. Your dosage of SilSolutions is therefore always accurate to the milliliter!

Ingredients
Purified water, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Silicon (elemental), citric acid (acid regulator), natural apple flavor (flavoring), nettle extract (urtica dioica herba). Excipients: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate. SilSolutions contains approx. 3.5 g of elemental silicon per liter.

Usage
Take 20 ml in a measuring cup in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not bring the solution into contact with metal or glass as the availability of silicon may be somewhat lost.

Storage instructions
Store SilSolutions at room temperature (15-25°C) and out of direct sunlight. Do not place in the refrigerator or in the immediate vicinity of electromagnetic devices!

Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
