Use
Take 1 measuring spoon with water or fruit juice of 200 ml. Super Greens can also be used as a salad dressing. Stick to the recommended dosage.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
