Every Day Capsules is specifically designed for teenagers from 14 years old (1 capsule per day), or adults (2 capsules per day) who prefer capsules over tablets.

Like the other multis in the Every Day series, this product stands out due to its composition, and the selected ingredients and vitamin and mineral compounds. This formula contains vitamin D3, K1, K2, the biologically active forms of B2, B6, B12, and uses a superior biologically active form of folic acid (5-MTHF with the brand name Quatrefolic®). The vitamin C consists of the non-acidic, well-absorbed form of magnesium ascorbate. The minerals consist of excellently absorbable compounds. Moreover, the dosages are based on the latest scientific insights and tailored to current data regarding the nutritional status in the Netherlands and the optimal intake amounts per nutrient.

What is new?
The renewed Elke Dag Capsules contain exactly the same dosages per two capsules as the product Elke Dag Tablets, except for calcium (30 mg instead of 150 mg), magnesium (30 mg instead of 100 mg), and vitamin C (100 mg instead of 160 mg). These are dosed lower in the capsules simply because more fits in a tablet than in two capsules.

Ingredients

Usage
Take 2 capsules per day with a meal and water. Stick to the recommended dosage. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years (legally required mention for products with more than 20mcg of vitamin D per daily dosage).
