Vitals Elke Dag Powder
Most powdered multis consist largely of sugars and/or contain artificial sweeteners to improve the taste. The uniqueness of Elke Dag Powder is that the taste of the vitamins and minerals is neutralized by natural, unrefined inulin, a prebiotic fiber that is originally lightly sweet. The product contains no sugar, sweeteners, synthetic fragrances, colors, and flavorings, or preservatives.

Like the other multis in the Elke Dag series, this product stands out due to the composition and the chosen forms of vitamins and minerals. This formula contains vitamin D3, vitamin K2, the biologically active forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12, and uses a superior, biologically active form of folic acid (5-MTHF with the brand name Quatrefolic®). The vitamin C consists of the non-acidic, well-absorbed forms of calcium and magnesium ascorbate. The minerals consist of excellently absorbable compounds.

What's new?
Several ingredients could be reduced, including folate from 400 mcg to 200 mcg and vitamin B12 from 20 mcg to 10 mcg (per 2 scoops). This allowed for an increase in other important ingredients. Such as choline from 10 mg to 85 mg, vitamin C from 160 mg to 200 mg, magnesium from 100 mg to 200 mg, potassium from 100 mg to 300 mg, vitamin D3 from 20 mcg to 30 mcg, and vitamin K2 from 40 mcg to 90 mcg. Additionally, 45 mcg of vitamin K1 and 5 mg of meso-zeaxanthin could be added. Furthermore, the ingredients are now in a base of natural, unrefined inulin from chicory. Inulin is an indigestible, prebiotic fiber. Elke Dag Powder contains no less than 2200 mg of inulin per 2 scoops, primarily as a lightly sweet carrier with very nice properties.

For whom
The product Elke Dag Powder has a neutral taste and is suitable for children with one scoop per day. It contains almost the same dosages per scoop as Elke Dag Junior, except that it has slightly more choline, vitamin C, and magnesium. This is possible because there is no space limitation with Elke Dag Powder.

With a double dosage of two scoops per day, the product is suitable for (young) adults and seniors who prefer to take a multi in powder form. It offers great possibilities to be added to a shake or smoothie and to play with dosages and the timing of intake.

Ingredients
Inulin, minerals, vitamins, choline bitartrate, citrus bioflavonoid complex, mixed tocopherols, lutein, meso-zeaxanthin, Dunaliella salina, zeaxanthin.

Use
Children from 3 years 1 measuring scoop (2.5 grams) per day or as advised.
Adults 2 measuring scoops (5 grams) per day.
Mix the powder with water, fruit juice, or yogurt. Stir well and consume immediately. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years.
With 2 measuring scoops, this dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years.
A measuring scoop of 3 ml (= approx. 2.5 grams) is included.

The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon).

Storage instructions
Store in a dry, dark, closed container at room temperature.
Preferably use within 4 months after opening.
