Every Day Sport is the multi for (top) athletes. For everyone who is serious about sports, it is very important to know what you are consuming. What ingredients are in your food, what are the nutritional values, but also: what is the composition and quality of the dietary supplements you take. And just as important is to know what you are not consuming. You don't want to ingest unwanted substances and have nothing to do with doping. That is why Vitals products are tested for contaminants and every batch of Every Day Sport is tested for the absence of doping-related substances. This is done according to the NZVT system.

Every Day Sport has exactly the same composition as Every Day Tablets, the most popular multi from Vitals. The only difference is the name and that each batch of Every Day Sport is checked for doping according to the NZVT system and is certified.

Every Day Sport is a one-per-day multi in tablet form, suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It is a carefully designed multi with essential vitamins, minerals, and special additions, extremely suitable as a supplement to the daily diet of athletes. In the composition, choices have been made for well-absorbed substances and forms, in the right ratios and with the most optimal dosages. Of course, choices have been made, as only a limited amount fits in a tablet. Every Day Sport will easily withstand comparison with other sports multis.

Why is the composition good for athletes?
The composition is based on the most recent scientific insights, tailored to current data regarding the nutritional status of adults in the Netherlands and the optimal intake amounts per nutrient. It forms a broad supplement to the diet, with ample but responsible dosages. For athletes, the following ingredients are particularly interesting:

Relatively high doses of calcium and magnesium
Ideal for athletes: the multi contains relatively high doses of calcium (150 mg) and magnesium (100 mg). Calcium and magnesium play a role in the activity of certain enzymes involved in energy metabolism, thus supporting energy levels. For example, magnesium is part of the Magnesium-ATP complex and is needed to release energy from ATP (energy carrier in the cells). They are also involved in nerve signal transmission, which is important for the normal functioning and contractions of muscles, including the heart muscle. Strong bones are also maintained by calcium and magnesium. Additionally, magnesium can help with fatigue or tired muscles, and can contribute to clear thinking and mental sharpness during mental exertion.

B vitamins in optimal forms and dosages
Every Day Sport contains generous but responsible amounts of B vitamins. Careful consideration has been given to the daily needs and average intakes of the average adult Dutch person. This also takes into account the extent to which the body is able to convert the various B vitamins, the latest scientific insights on dosages, and the safe upper limits. It also contains the biologically active forms of vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5'-phosphate), B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), B12 (methyl- and adenosylcobalamin), and folic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt). These are the forms as they are used by the body, and research shows that they have a higher bioavailability in the body.

B vitamins are important for athletes. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, and biotin are involved in energy metabolism and thus support energy levels. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, and folate can help with fatigue. Vitamin B1 is good for the heart. Vitamins B6, B12, and folate play a role in the proper functioning of the immune system. Generous vitamin D dosage from a plant source
Every Day Sport contains a generous dosage of 25 mcg of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). This form is much more effective than vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) in raising vitamin D levels. Moreover, it uses plant-based vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3V®), obtained from algae, and not from sheep wool fat (as is the case with most vitamin D3 products).

Vitamin D has many functions in the body; scientists have found receptors for vitamin D in more than 30 different types of tissues and organs, including immune cells, muscles, and bones. For the muscles, this means, for example, an enhancement of protein production in the muscles, which is important for their function.

Vitamin K1 and K2
Every Day Sport contains vitamin K1 and a high dosage of K2. Vitamin K1 is primarily absorbed by the liver and is particularly responsible for the activation of clotting factors, while vitamin K2 has greater bioavailability, is distributed much more throughout body tissues, and is therefore more effective in activating other vitamin K-dependent enzymes such as osteocalcin and MGP. These ensure, among other things, that calcium is well absorbed and reaches the right place, namely in the bones.

Iron (bisglycinate)
Iron contributes to the production of hemoglobin in red blood cells. It plays a role in oxygen transport in the body. Additionally, it acts as a co-factor involved in electron transport in the mitochondria, which are essential for the production of cellular energy in the form of ATP. In this way, iron is important for energy metabolism and supporting energy levels. It can also help reduce fatigue. Important for athletes.

Unique: relatively high dosage of choline
Every Day Sport contains no less than 85 mg of choline. An important substance for athletes, as it is part of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in signal transmission and, among other things, muscle contractions. Additionally, as part of phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin), it forms an important component of cell membranes and contributes to good fat metabolism.

Generous dosage of vitamin C
Every Day Sport contains a generous dosage of 160 mg of vitamin C from magnesium ascorbate. Vitamin C contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and helps provide good resistance. It can also help reduce fatigue and contribute to fitness.

Supplemented with Q10
Q10 is a substance that the body produces itself but also obtains from food. It is found in the mitochondria, the energy factories of the cells. Under certain conditions, the body's own synthesis of Q10 may be insufficient to meet existing needs, making dietary intake more important. Therefore, Q10 is considered a (semi-)essential nutrient.

Ingredients

Use
Take 1 tablet per day with a meal with water or as advised. Stick to the recommended dosage.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years (legally required mention for products with more than 20 mcg of vitamin D per daily dosage).

Note:
The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also known as vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements.
