Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble substance that occurs in small amounts in our diet. In supplements, ubiquinone is usually used. That oxidized form of Q10 is largely converted into Ubiquinol after ingestion, the body's own and active biological form of Q10.
This conversion is not necessary with NUTURA Q10-Ubiquinol+. It is the already active form of Q10.
As we age, our body finds it more difficult to convert ubiquinone into the active Ubiquinol. And if that conversion does not take place, it is of no use to us. Therefore, it is very important for people aged 50 and over to choose Ubiquinol.

Ingredients
Purified water, solvent: glycerol (vegan), Ubiquinol Q-10, vegetable oil (MCT); SOY LECITHIN, emulsifier: polysorbate-80, acidity regulator: citric acid; methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine HCI (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), natural flavoring: vanilla; preservative: potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C), alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E)

Usage
For first use - press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the oral cavity, 2 sprays, 4 times a day. Each vial contains approximately 240 measured sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Store at room temperature. Best before & batch number: see bottom of spray. Avoid spraying in eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
This product is not suitable for children under 1 year.
