Ingredients
Purified water; solvent: glycerol (vegan); dexpanthenol (Vit. B5); glycine; d-alpha-tocopheryl-acetate (Vit. E); l-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate; plant emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavoring: mint; plant sweetener: steviol glycoside (stevia); pyridoxine hydrochloride; garcinia cambogia extract (HCI); gymnema sylvestre extract; griffonia simplicifolia extract (contains 5-HTP); preservative: potassium sorbate; ionic minerals complex: Ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10).

Usage
For first use - press the pump 4 to 6 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the oral cavity, 2 - 4 sprays when you feel hungry and 15 minutes before meals. Each vial contains approximately 240 measured sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Store at room temperature. Best before & batch number: see bottom of spray. Avoid spraying in eyes.

Warning: For adults only. Not to be used by children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not combine 5-HTP with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year.
