Use
The course is used for a duration of 3, 6, or 12 days. One box is good for one day. A box consists of 7 sachets for 7 shakes. The sachets are mixed with water, creating an easy-to-consume shake. The only thing you consume during the course are the shakes. However, try to drink as much water as possible alongside this. If you still feel the need to consume something extra during the course, you can have a pureed apple or tomato, or some organic fruit juice or vegetable broth.

Instructions for use
There are a number of things to consider when you are going to do the course. Before you start, it is good to reduce food intake. After the course, it is good to gradually increase food intake again.

Preparation
To prepare your body, it is advised to reduce the amount and type of food you consume for two days prior to the course. During these two days, consume as little sugar, coffee, and alcohol as possible, preferably none at all. Drink plenty of water.

Depletion day 1: Take half of your usual amount of food.
Depletion day 2: Eat easily digestible food this day. Preferably only fruit, soup, and yogurt or smoothies in a limited amount.

Course
After preparation, it's time for the course. One box is good for one day of the course. The contents of this box consist of seven sachets that you dissolve in water throughout the day, shake, and DRINK IMMEDIATELY. If you let the product diluted with water sit, it may thicken to the point that you can no longer consume it.

Wake up: (immediately after getting up) 300 ml water in shaker then add contents of the sachet and shake.
Meal shake: (as breakfast about half an hour after Wake Up) 400 ml water in shaker then add contents of the sachet and shake 3 times.
Snack: (between breakfast and lunch shake) 300 ml water in shaker then add contents of the sachet and shake.
Meal shake: (as lunch) 400 ml water in shaker then add contents of the sachet and shake 3 times.
Snack: (between lunch and dinner) 300 ml water in shaker then add contents of the sachet and shake.
Meal shake: (as dinner) 400 ml water in shaker then add contents of the sachet and shake 3 times.
Evening shake: (before sleeping) 300 ml of water in shaker, then add the contents of the sachet and shake.


Drink the meal shake immediately after mixing and additionally drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Preferably avoid coffee and alcohol during the course.

After the course
We advise to gradually reintroduce food after the course.

Rebuilding day 1: Preferably eat as liquid as possible, such as soup, smoothies, and yogurt.
Rebuilding day 2: Consume food that is soft AND cooked, such as soup, boiled egg, cooked vegetables, boiled potatoes, and cooked fish. This should not exceed half of what you would normally eat.

After these two days, you can eat normally and may also have raw vegetables and salads.
