Lactospore, Mixture of viable microorganisms, Capsule wall (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Fillers (Microcrystalline cellulose, Calcium-bound fatty acids).

Usage
1-2 times a day 1 vegicap. Preferably take on an empty stomach or between meals, for example in the morning and/or before going to sleep.

Storage instructions
After opening, store in the refrigerator and dry.
