Ingredients
Magnesium (citrate), Chromium (picolinate), Selenium (L-selenomethionine), Zinc (mono-L-methionine sulfate), Manganese (citrate), Alpha-lipoic acid, Fillers (Microcrystalline cellulose, Fermented leucine, Rice concentrate), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) (bark) extract, Green tea (Camellia sinensis) (leaf) extract (standardized to 98% polyphenols, 80% catechins, and 48% EGCG), Banaba (Lagerstroemia speciosa) (leaf) extract, Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) extract (FenuLife®), Capsule wall (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Alpha-lipoic acid.

Usage
3 times a day 1 vegicap. Preferably take during meals.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
Store cool (but not in the refrigerator) and dry.
