Vitamin D is necessary for normal growth of the skeletal system in children and for the maintenance of a normal skeletal system in adults.
The daily amount of 250mg of DHA helps to maintain good cerebral functions, such as cognitive functions.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil (FISH), marine origin capsule: gelatin (FISH), glycerol

Usage
From 6 years to 10 years: 2 capsules per day.
Children from 11 to 15 years: 3 capsules per day.
Adults and children from 15 years: 4 capsules per day.
Take with a large glass of water. To be divided throughout the day. If you are taking blood thinners, consult your doctor for advice.
