Magnesium helps in the normal functioning of muscles.
Vitamin C helps in the formation of collagen for proper function of bones, cartilage, and skin.
Curcuma and boswellia contribute to flexibility and the well-being of joints.
Lithothamnium provides calcium, which is necessary for the normal maintenance of bones.

Usage
Adults: 1 level scoop per day (13 grams), preferably dissolved in a large glass of lukewarm water (200ml) at room temperature.

For better solubility of the product, it is recommended to first add the powder to the glass and then add the liquid and stir well.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
