It contains a number of interesting active nutrients, such as hericenones and erinacines (alkaloids present in Lion’s mane), polysaccharides, and beta-glucans.

Choline (Vitacholine®) is a lesser-known but important nutrient related to the B vitamins. It is essential because the body does not produce enough on its own and must largely be obtained from the diet.

Acetyl-L-carnitine is a derivative of the amino acid L-carnitine. L-carnitine is a semi-essential amino acid. This means that the body can partially produce L-carnitine itself, but to meet daily needs, it also depends on intake through diet. Acetyl-L-carnitine is the acetylated form of carnitine.

Use
