DermaPlast® Active Hot&Cold is a reusable gel compress for cooling or heating injuries and for pain relief. Suitable for freezer and microwave. The gel compress can adapt to the shape of the body. Includes a luxury non-woven protective cover with elastic strap and Velcro closure. Thanks to the strap, the compress stays in place during cooling or heating. Size: 12 x 29 cm.

Instructions for use
Cold therapy:
Action: Locally pain-relieving, reduces swelling
Application: Acute inflammations of joints and muscles, blunt injuries, bruises, insect bites, and toothache
Use: Place in the freezer for about 2 hours before use
Heat therapy:
Action: Stimulates local circulation and has a relaxing effect
Application: Muscle pain, back pain, and menstrual complaints
Use: Place in the microwave for 2 min. at 600 W or in max 80°C hot water for 4 min.
For external use only. Always place a (hand) towel between the compress and the skin. Do not use for longer than 20 min., take a break of 30 min. in between.
Contraindications
In case of heart conditions, circulatory issues, and diabetes, always consult a doctor. Never use on children under 3 years, dependent individuals, sick persons, or those sensitive to heat and cold. Never use a damaged compress.
