Equazen caps contains essential fatty acids, such as omega 3 and 6 fatty acids that are important for health. They play a role in almost every cell of the body. These are especially important for children. Since the body cannot produce these fatty acids on its own, they must be obtained through diet. Fatty fish is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. The government advises eating fish at least twice a week, with one portion being fatty fish.

Equazen caps is suitable for all ages from 5 years.

For children under 5 years old, we recommend Equazen chews or liquid.

EPA and DHA are important for maintaining healthy triglyceride levels in the blood[1]
EPA and DHA have a beneficial effect on the heart[2] and blood pressure[3]

Ingredients
FISH oil (Norway), Capsule: beef gelatin, Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.), Humectant (glycerol), d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), Antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract).

Usage
Take 2 capsules per day with food.
6 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks, if you are taking the dietary supplement for the first time or after a long break in intake, to build up the concentration of essential fatty acids.
