Ingredients
Dextrin, acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid), flavoring, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, calcium gluconate, potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, coloring (ammonium SULFITE caramel), potassium citrate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).

Usage
For one serving, mix 45 grams of powder with 1250 ml of cold water in a shaker and drink as needed before, during, and/or after training.

Recommendation: We advise taking one to two servings depending on your fluid loss.

Mix one sachet (22.5 g) with 625 ml of cold water in a shaker and drink as needed before, during, and/or after training. Depending on fluid loss, 2-3 servings are recommended.
