Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, DiCalcium Phosphates, Magnesium oxide, Filler (Cellulose), Zinc gluconate, Anti-caking agents (Stearic acid, Silicon dioxide, and Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Stabilizer (Hydroxypropyl cellulose), Moisturizer (Crosslinked Cellulose gum), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Manganese gluconate, Boron (Sodium borate), Copper gluconate, Selenium (L-Selenomethionine and Sodium selenite), Chromium picolinate, Potassium iodide, Sodium molybdate.

Usage
Take 2 tablets per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised. This product contains iron, which can be harmful in case of overdose for young children. More than 250mg of magnesium may cause stomach discomfort. Reducing the dose or spreading it throughout the day may help.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Supplements containing 250mg or more magnesium may have a laxative effect.
