Lucovitaal Electrolytes Pre Performance is an electrolyte complex (Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium), with 4 grams of sugar and including Vitamin B5, Zinc, and Caffeine.

Ingredients
Sucrose, Sodium, Acid regulator (Anhydrous citric acid), Sweeteners (Isomalt, Malic acid, Sucralose), Magnesium, Calcium, Flavorings (Beta vulgaris fruit juice powder, Blackcurrant flavor, Acacia, Raspberry flavor), Green tea, Potassium, Zinc, Vitamin B5.

Use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water, take 30 – 60 minutes before the performance moment. Consume after a meal and not on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Contains 75 mg caffeine and 50 mg L-Theanine (Contains EGCG).
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy (planning) or breastfeeding.
