Lucovitaal Magnesium tension stress & fatigue
This formula contains 900 mg Magnesium glycerophosphate per tablet: this corresponds to 100 mg elemental Magnesium. Magnesium glycerophosphate is an organic salt with high bioavailability. This means it is well absorbed by the body and is well tolerated by the stomach and intestines. It has no laxative effect.
Magnesium is good for muscle function, contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness, and supports mental resilience. The B vitamins activate your natural energy in the body and are good for the nervous system. Vitamin C also contributes to good resistance, and Vitamin D helps maintain strong bones and a strong dental structure. Finally, this composition contains Zinc: it contributes to normal resistance to stress.
