Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Calcium citrate, Magnesium bisglycinate, CMS-Na (thickening agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Zinc bisglycinate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Bioperine® (Piper nigrum L. extract), Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2), cellulose (glazing agent), iron oxide (coating)

Usage
1 x daily 1-3 tablets preferably before or during a meal with water. This recommended amount may also be taken spread throughout the day. Not suitable for children under 1 year. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if you are simultaneously using coumarin derivatives.
