How do you use the electrolyte powder?
Mattisson electrolyte powder is user-friendly and versatile in application. Simply add the desired amount to a large glass (or a bottle) of water. You can also mix the powder into your smoothie. Use a blender for this. Always check the label before use. The electrolyte powder contains a silica packet! Keep this in the packaging until it is empty.

Ingredients
Magnesium tricarboxylate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, Celtic sea salt, Zinc bisglycinate.

Usage
Dissolve half a teaspoon (approx. 3.5 g) in 250 ml of cold water, juice, or shake; during intense exercise, the dosage can be increased to 2 teaspoons (approx. 7 g) in 500 ml.

Magnesium may have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
Contains a silica sachet! Keep it in the packaging until it is empty. Note: close the packaging properly.
