Metagenics Metarelax sachets
MetaRelax® is a well-absorbed magnesium supplement based on magnesium glycerophosphate, folate, active B vitamins, and vitamin D3.
Although magnesium is found in many foods, the daily recommended amount is often not met. If consuming magnesium-rich foods proves insufficient, a magnesium supplement like MetaRelax may be indicated.
Complete formula
MetaRelax® combines magnesium glycerophosphate in a complete formula supplemented with active B vitamins (B6, B9 (folate, Metafolin®), B12), taurine, and vitamin D. This formula is well tolerated by the stomach and intestines, and no habituation occurs. Active vitamins B6, B12, and B9 (folate, Metafolin®) do not need to be converted by the body and can be absorbed directly.
Tasty lime flavor.

Usage
1 sachet per day, dissolve in a glass of water (150ml), stir well. Not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Store dry, sealed, and at room temperature, out of sight and reach of young children.
